This policy explains what MyDynastyLedger collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the Service, we don’t sell your data, and you can delete your account whenever you want.

What we collect

Account info — your email address (for sign-in) and the display name and favorite team you provide.
Sleeper data — your public Sleeper username/ID and the public league, roster, draft, and trade data associated with the leagues you connect. This is data Sleeper already makes public through its API.
Usage data — basic product events (e.g. which features you open) so we can understand what’s useful, plus standard technical logs and anonymized analytics.
Payment data — if you ever subscribe, payments are handled by Stripe. We receive a customer identifier and subscription status; we never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

To operate the Service — build your portfolio, valuations, ratings, and analytics.
To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
To improve the product and understand which features matter.
To communicate with you about the Service when necessary.
To send optional email alerts (like league trade recaps) — only if you opt in. Every such email includes a one-click way to turn it off.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your personal data, and we don’t share it with advertisers. We share data only with the service providers that make the app run (below), or if required by law.

Who processes data for us

Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
Railway — application hosting.
Stripe — payment processing (only if you subscribe).
Sleeper — source of your public league data.
Data & AI providers — KeepTradeCut and FantasyCalc for player valuations, and an AI model provider (via OpenRouter) that narrates analytics from the facts we send it.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in, plus privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and understand usage. We don’t use third-party advertising cookies.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time — email support@mydynastyledger.com and we’ll remove it. Note that public league data may still be visible through Sleeper itself, which we don’t control.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at the address above and we’ll help.

Children

The Service isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be surfaced in the app.
