These terms govern your use of MyDynastyLedger (“the Service”), a dynasty fantasy football portfolio and analytics tool. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Who we are

MyDynastyLedger is an independent tool built and operated by a single developer. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, the NFL, the NFLPA, KeepTradeCut, FantasyCalc, or any team or league. All team names, player names, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

What the Service does

The Service connects to your public Sleeper league data and presents it as a financial portfolio: cost basis, current market value, profit and loss, projections, ratings, and related analytics. Player valuations are derived from third-party sources including KeepTradeCut and FantasyCalc. We do not control those sources and cannot guarantee their accuracy or availability.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email and connect a Sleeper account you control.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your login secure.
You may only claim a team in a league you are actually a member of.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (at least 13, and the age of majority where required).

Free during the launch season

The Service is free to use for the 2026 launch season. Some features may become paid in future seasons; if that happens, we’ll make the terms clear before you are ever charged. Nothing here obligates the Service to remain free indefinitely.

Payments and refunds

If and when paid subscriptions are offered, payments are processed by Stripe, and your use of paid features is also subject to Stripe’s terms. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account settings and retain access through the end of the paid period. Because this is a digital service delivered immediately, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape, bulk-download, or resell the Service’s data or analytics.
Attempt to access accounts, leagues, or data that aren’t yours.
Probe, disrupt, overload, or circumvent the Service’s security or rate limits.
Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to build a competing product from our data.

No guarantees — entertainment only

Valuations, projections, ratings, trade grades, and AI-generated analysis are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are estimates, not advice, and they will sometimes be wrong. You are solely responsible for your own roster, trade, and league decisions. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyDynastyLedger and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost fantasy value, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months or USD $50.

Changes and termination

We may update the Service or these terms as it evolves; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use means you accept them. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
